A November day on the water

Aloha!
An Hawaiian theme to today's water activities. The first time I've tried outrigging and I loved it. Would be fun in some bigger waves.
Anyone fancy a try, my mate Glenn is running morning sessions every other Sunday at Carbis Bay.
Apart from the chill in the air and the water temperature it could've been summer!

  1. Looks awesome!

Was it big enough to be surfable in the bay?

  2. Not really, hawks point was about a foot at best and carbis was teeny, enough for catching some little ones on the outrigger, which was fun. Porthmeor looked so nice, gutted I didnt think to take my board with me. Portreath was also cranking, sheltered from the SWerlys a good clean 3-4ft but every man and his dog was in! Where'd you get in?

  3. Sweeeeet! Those pictures look ideal. If you didn't see the Godrevy lighthouse in the background you'd think it really was some polynesian island. Good work wheardo and mega keen for a session on that beast!
