Literary Fantastique

Had another fab outing to the Port Eliot Festival this weekend.  This year our travelling menagerie grew to some five folk and a splendid time was had by all.  I didn't think the lineup was quite as strong as last year, but neither that nor the mizzle dampened the enthusiasm.  The festival had certainly grown a little larger but it still retained all of it's magic.
Highlights summed up as follows: Cider, Kathryn Williams, cider, Fionn Regan, dance set DJ'd by Jarvis Cocker, cider, 1 minute disco, yummy falaffel, old felt hat, boogeying on down to some hideous pop, 3am chips, walking the plank, rum and ginger ale.
Sunday morning....not a highlight.
